105℃lead-free automotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients. This product has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. It can meet RoHS Standard. The cables with it can meet LV112, VW60306, DIN72551 and other related standards. The highest working temperature is 105℃.
環保型105℃汽車原線料是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料，加入特種增塑劑、穩定劑等助劑，經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。產品具有良好的機械物理性能和電性能，加工性能優異，符合RoHS環保標準。制成電線后可以滿足LV 112、VW 60306、DIN 72551等相關標準，最高工作溫度為105℃。
