Lead-free elastomeric flame retardant PVC jacketing compounds are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw material, and add plasticizer, stabilizer, flame retardant and other accessory ingredients.
環保型聚氯乙烯彈性體阻燃護套料是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料，加入特種增塑劑、穩定劑、阻燃劑等助劑，經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。
 
Characteristics and Application 特點及用途
These products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, soft and flexible, good processability. They meet RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the jacketing of oil-resistant and flame-retardant cables, elevator cables, oil-resistant soft wires of dust cleaner, heavy soft wires, crane cables and so on.
產品具有良好的機械物理性能、彈性和柔軟性，加工性能優異，符合RoHS環保標準。主要用于有耐油和阻燃要求的電線電纜、電梯電纜、耐油吸塵器軟線、重型軟線、起重機電纜等護層材料。

Recommend to use of single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建議使用普通長徑比為20-25的單螺桿擠出機進行生產。
